Shipping & Delivery
SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIME
We process and ship orders from our Nashville warehouse Monday through Friday. Orders with standard shipping are usually fulfilled within 3-5 business days, unless otherwise noted. Processing time for custom/handmade, hand-curated, grab bags and pre-order pieces may take up to 10-14 business days. You will be charged at the time the order is placed. When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over 99$ via USPS Mail. Orders being shipped to P.O. Boxes, APOs and FPOs will always ship via USPS. You will receive an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date once your order ships.
You may upgrade your shipping to UPS for any domestic order in the United States only. Orders that qualify for Free Shipping will not be eligible to ship via UPS.
MISSING PACKAGES OR MISSED DELIVERY
Be Lovely Shop is not responsible for missing packages or missed deliveries. Please contact the carrier for information once you have received your tracking number. If your package is missing, please check the tracking information provided in your email or by logging into your Be Lovely Shop account. If you provide the incorrect address at check out, we are not responsible for shipping your items to the incorrect address provided. If this occurs, we recommend that you contact the USPS within 24 hours of receiving your shipping notification to schedule a Package Intercept. If the package is returned to Be Lovely due to an incorrect address provided, you will be responsible for shipping cost for us to mail it again. We will not refund orders shipped to the address provided at check out by the shopper if it is incorrect.
We happily accept returns for eligible items within 7 days of the ship date for a full refund or credit. The returned merchandise must be unworn, unused and in the complete original packaging. EXCEPTIONS: Final Sale merchandise is not eligible for a return or exchange, including custom/handmade, hand-curated, grab bags and other merchandise marked Final Sale.
